Urban Rustic Dresser

After our third child arrived, storage became a constant battle. This dresser has been a huge help because the six drawers hold far more than I expected. We have everything from sleepers and onesies to blankets and extra bedding organized in one place.

The drawers glide smoothly and don't require much force to open, even when they're full. The dresser is heavy enough that it doesn't wobble, and the anti-tip kit was included and easy to install. That was important for us with older siblings running around the house.

The Brushed Wheat finish is warm and forgiving when it comes to fingerprints. My only small complaint is that delivery took a few extra days, but it arrived without a scratch. Overall, it's a solid piece that feels built for everyday family life.

After reading far too many reviews on nursery furniture, I was mainly looking for something that felt solid and did not give off that new furniture smell. This dresser arrived well packed, and there was no chemical odour when we opened the boxes, which mattered a lot to me. The finish is smooth, the drawers line up neatly, and the warm brown tone is calm rather than overly rustic. It looks thoughtful, not trendy, so I think we will use it for years. Very pleased with this purchase.

I was worried the brushed wheat tone would read too orange or too yellow, but it is very balanced in real life. The wood grain effect looks intentional, not busy, and the black base keeps the piece from feeling heavy. I also appreciate that the proportions are clean — it sits beautifully against a painted wall without looking bulky. Ordered online and the colour matched the listing well.

We have this in our second baby room and it is strong. My 3-year-old already opens the drawers all the time and they slide smooth, no sticking. Andriy put it together and said the anti-tip bracket was included, which I liked. Practical, looks nice, not delicate.

We looked at Pottery Barn and West Elm before this, and honestly this dresser feels right up there for a lot less money. The finish is prettier in person than in the photos, and the black base gives it a nice modern look. Only reason for 4 stars is it took us longer than expected to get it assembled. Still very happy with it.

I checked the drawer slides, the panel alignment, and the hardware before I even put clothes in it. Everything was square, the bar pulls were straight, and the drawers open without any rattle. It feels like actual furniture, not the flimsy stuff you sometimes see. Good weight too.
