Riviera Double Dresser in Sand

The six drawers sold me because our change table was turning into a pile of tiny socks and burp cloths. This dresser holds a lot, feels sturdy, and the soft-close drawers are actually useful when the baby is half asleep. The sand colour is nicer in person than on my screen, a bit warmer. I took off one star because delivery was a few days later than expected, but the piece arrived in perfect condition and was worth keeping.

We have been using this dresser for months now and it still looks good. My older child opens the drawers all the time, and nothing has loosened. My sister already wants the same one for her baby, which says a lot in our family.

We bought this for the second baby, but our 3-year-old already uses the drawers all the time. They glide smooth, not sticky, and my husband said the anti-tip bracket was included, which was important. It feels sturdy enough for real daily use, not just nursery pretty. I like that it is practical and still looks nice in the room.

I put this together for my wife in a little over an hour. The instructions were clear, all the holes lined up properly, and I did not need to improvise with any extra tools. That is rare. The only part that took patience was attaching the top section, but nothing difficult.

I put this together for my wife. Instructions were clear enough and the hardware was organized, which helped a lot. Took me just over an hour, maybe a little more because I was being careful with the alignment. One screw hole needed a bit of patience, but overall it was straightforward and the finished dresser looks good.

I ordered this online and was nervous because I never saw it in person. The colour looked the same as the pictures, maybe even a touch warmer. It arrived well packed with no marks, and it fits the nursery exactly how I hoped. Such a relief.

I spent a long time researching nursery furniture because I was concerned about finish quality and any chemical smell when unboxed. This dresser arrived with no strong odour, which immediately put me at ease. The sand finish is exactly as shown online, and the visible woodgrain gives it a more natural look than many painted dressers. It also felt stable once assembled, with no wobble when the drawers are open. That mattered to me more than anything else.

We looked at Pottery Barn and West Elm before this, and the Olivia dresser honestly feels like a better value. The rosewood colour is rich and the little knobs are cute without being fussy. Only reason for 4 stars is it took a bit longer to get into the room than I expected because it is seriously heavy.

We had Pottery Barn pieces in our first nursery, so I was a little skeptical about changing brands. Honestly, this dresser holds up really well next to the more expensive stuff. The sand finish is soft and warm, and it looks much nicer in person than I expected. For the price, it felt like a smart buy instead of just a budget buy.

The drawer alignment is very good, and the slides feel consistent on all six drawers. No wobble once assembled, which was important to me. The finish also looks even in person, not patchy like some painted nursery pieces.

I inspected this one pretty closely before we kept it. The drawer fronts line up well, the bar pulls are solid, and there is no weird flex in the frame when the drawers are fully loaded. Finish consistency is good too — the sand colour is even and the woodgrain texture looks intentional, not fake. It feels like an actual piece of furniture, not a cheap flat-pack dresser.
