Remi Double Dresser

I was mostly shopping for drawer space, not a statement piece, and this Remi dresser does the job. The six drawers fit diapers, swaddles, crib sheets, and all the tiny clothes people keep dropping off. The bar pulls are easy to grab with one hand, which I appreciate more now than I did in the showroom.

Small downside: the Dove finish looked a touch warmer in our room than it did online, but it still works with the crib. The dresser itself feels sturdy, and the drawers glide nicely without feeling loose.

We have two kids, so I wanted something strong, not fancy. My husband put it together and said it was straightforward enough. After a few months, drawers still open smooth and my 3-year-old already tries to climb everything, but this dresser does not feel flimsy. The anti-tip bracket was in the box too, which I liked. Good practical piece.

This is a really pretty dresser and it works well in our nursery. We had Pottery Barn pieces with our first child, so I was comparing everything to that, and honestly this holds up surprisingly well for the price. The finish is softer in person, more dove/beige than white, which I actually like. Only reason for 4 stars is the delivery window was a little wider than I expected, but the dresser arrived in perfect shape.

The colour is true to the photos, a warm light washed beige rather than yellow, and the surface is smooth without rough edges or visible chips. I also appreciated that the grain detail does not look printed in an obvious way. It blends nicely with the crib we already ordered elsewhere. For me that was important because I did not want the room to feel mismatched or overly glossy.

We live in a smaller nursery and I was worried a double dresser would feel too big. It actually fits nicely along the wall without crowding the crib area. The proportions are good, not bulky, and the light finish keeps the room from feeling heavy. I measured a few times before ordering and this was the right choice for us.
