Como Night Stand

We ordered the Como night stand after a long search for something that looked calm and still felt safe for a nursery. The piece arrived well packed and there was no chemical smell when we opened the box, which mattered a great deal to me. It is sturdy and the painted finish looks even in person. My only reason for four stars is the price, because $449.99 is quite high for a nightstand. Still, it feels like a proper furniture piece and not a temporary item.

We saw this at the North York showroom after looking at a few other lift chairs online, and honestly it looked better in person than I expected. The beige tone is softer and more neutral than the photos, which was a plus for our room. The staff were helpful without being pushy, and they explained the mechanism differences clearly. We ended up purchasing the same day because it just made sense for the price point.

Je l’aime beaucoup. I’m 5'2 and this fits me better than the bigger recliners we tried elsewhere, especially the seat depth. My feet can actually rest properly and I do not feel swallowed by it. The tilt is gentle and the chair is quiet, which is nice for late nights. Very happy with it.

Bought this with the Como crib and bed frame for our twins' room. It has some weight to it, which I like, and the drawers don't rattle when you open them. Hardware feels decent, joints are tight, and it sits level on the floor. Drove an hour to the showroom to see the collection first, and this one was worth taking home. Not flimsy at all.

Drove up from Barrie to check it out in person, and the chair itself is legit. Heavy frame, proper mechanism, no wobble, which is what I wanted. The lift action feels controlled, not jerky like some cheaper units I looked at. Only reason for 4 stars is the delivery window was a little wider than I expected. Still glad I bought it.
