Calypso Portable Bassinet with Wheels

This was the main reason I picked it. Our bedroom is not huge, and I needed something that could sit close to the bed without taking over the whole corner. The Calypso fits nicely, and the lower basket helps keep the room from feeling cluttered. I also like that I can move it easily when I vacuum, which sounds small but actually matters every day.

I ordered this online and honestly was nervous because I never saw it in person. When it arrived, the colour and shape looked exactly like the photos, which was a relief. Packaging was neat, nothing scratched, and the wheels were already in the box the way they should be. It just made the whole online buying thing less stressful.

I checked the frame, locking points, and caster attachment before we used it. The metal structure is better than I expected for a portable piece, and there is very little play once the wheels are locked. The height adjustment feels mechanically sound, not loose or gritty. Assembly was straightforward too. Overall, it is built properly.

We use it beside our bed in North York and it works well. Wheels roll easy, basket below is useful for diapers and blankets. Only thing, the foam pad is a bit thinner than I expected, but still okay for a bassinet. For second baby, practical and fine.

After reading far too many reviews and safety threads, this was the one that felt right. The grey fabric looks clean, the mesh sides give me peace of mind, and there was no chemical smell when we unpacked it. It also feels stable when I adjust the height, which mattered more to me than the style. For a first baby, that matters a lot.
