Birch 7 Drawer Double Dresser

I bought this after seeing it in the showroom, and the scale is excellent in person. The natural wood tone is softer than the photos, which I actually preferred because it reads more Scandinavian and less yellow. The grain is consistent across the front panels, and the rectangular pulls keep it clean. In our small room, it does not feel heavy or bulky at all.

We needed a dresser that would not overwhelm our nursery because the room is not huge. This one fit the wall beside the crib with enough walking space left, and the changing topper made it useful without taking extra floor area. I had measured everything twice, so I was relieved when it worked exactly as planned. The proportions are really good for a city condo type room.

We were looking at Pottery Barn and West Elm first, and honestly this was the smarter buy for our second nursery. It looks more expensive than it is, and the seven drawers give us tons of storage. I do wish the assembly instructions were a little clearer in one section, but overall it was worth it. The natural finish also matches the Birch pieces we already have.

I was mainly checking the mechanics, and this one is well done. The drawer slides are consistent, the pulls are mounted straight, and the front gaps are even across the whole unit. No rubbing, no sticking, no loose hardware. For a nursery dresser, that is what I wanted.

We were very careful about nursery furniture and looked at many options before choosing this dresser. The finish looked exactly as shown online, and the natural birch tone is warm without being orange. Most importantly for me, there was no chemical smell when we opened the boxes. The grain detail is subtle but lovely, and the piece feels calm and understated in the room.
