I ordered this online and was nervous because I never saw it in person. But the colour matched the pictures really well, and the shape was exactly what I expected. Delivery was on time and it came packed safely, no damage at all. That was a relief with a newborn coming any day.

We looked at a few chairs at the usual places and this one felt like a much better buy. The fabric is nicer than the floor models I saw elsewhere, and the power recline is smooth instead of jerky. I also liked that it didn’t look overly bulky in our nursery. For what we paid, it was the right choice.

I drove in from Barrie to look at this, and I’m glad I did. The swivel base is tight, the frame does not flex, and the controls feel like they’ll last. No squeaks so far, even with my 200 lb test sitting and standing a few times. That matters to me more than anything fancy.

I’m 5'2 and this actually fits me better than most nursery chairs I tried. The seat depth is comfortable and my feet can still rest properly, which was a big deal for me. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that the arm height feels a little high when I’m holding the baby for a long stretch. Still very happy overall.

We use it every day with our second baby. The swivel is smooth and the recline works well, and it still feels solid with a toddler climbing around it. My husband said the base is heavy, so that is good. Not cheap, but practical.
