Botticelli Convertible Crib

Bought for second baby, but our 3 year old already tested it too. Very sturdy. Andriy put it together, no problems. It feels practical, not delicate, which is what I wanted. I think it will survive many years in our house, which is the point.

I ordered online and was nervous because I never saw it in person. It came packaged really well, no dents or scratches, and the colour looked exactly like the pictures on the site. The white is a true white and the walnut accent is warmer than I expected, in a good way. Delivery was smooth too, which honestly took a lot of stress off me. Very relieved.

I looked at this as a long-term purchase, not just a crib. Between the convertible design and the matching collection, the cost per year is very reasonable. The conversion kit was easy to order when we checked, which was important because I did not want a discontinued-parts problem later. For a piece that should last through multiple stages, it is a good value.

We had originally looked at Pottery Barn and a couple of other big-name nursery stores, and this ended up feeling like the smarter buy. The finish is really clean, and the white with walnut detail looks polished in person, not cheap. I also liked that it didn't scream 'baby furniture' too much, so it will work past the crib stage. We visited the North York showroom first, which helped a lot. Worth the drive from Oakville for sure.

This worked better than I expected in our smaller nursery. I measured the room a few times and the crib fits without making everything feel crowded. We were able to keep a dresser and chair in there too. Only reason for 4 stars is that delivery came a bit later than the first date they gave us, but the crib itself is great.
