Bernini Crib

We have used this crib for our third baby, and now my older child climbs around it too. It has held up very well. The finish is still fine, no chips so far, and that matters in our house because furniture gets passed around a lot. My sister also asked where we got it after seeing ours.

We had Pottery Barn in our first nursery, so I was expecting to be underwhelmed here. Honestly, I wasn't. The Bernini looks clean and more expensive than the price suggests, and the white finish goes nicely with the other pieces we already had. For this baby, I cared more about getting something that felt solid without spending a fortune, and this did the job. The North York showroom was helpful too when we came to compare finishes.

We had to measure everything twice because our nursery is not huge, and this crib fit exactly the way I hoped. It leaves enough walking space beside the dresser and does not make the room feel crowded. I also like that it looks light visually even though it feels sturdy. For a smaller city room, it works really well.

Drove up from Barrie to see it in person and glad I did. This is not flimsy stuff. The crib has real weight to it, the joints feel tight, and once it was assembled it sat dead level on the floor. You can tell it was built to be used, not replaced in two years.

We needed a crib that would leave enough room for a dresser and a chair in our condo nursery, and this worked well. It does not feel bulky at all, but still looks substantial enough. I measured the room a few times before ordering and I am glad I did, because this fit the plan exactly. Very practical for city living.
